By the time students receive their diploma they have already acquired a substantial amount of practical experience, which gives them a head start on the job market. Insure ATM is providing traineeships for students for many years.

Traineeships for students
As our Human Capital is an integral component of the company management, Insure ATM provides traineeships for students. Young people get the ability to get work experience in a professional environment. Because of being part of our team, at the end of a training period the students are appropriated with a variety of commercial, logistic or technical activities and a range of mandatory procedures of an international company. What the student does on an internship varies from one situation to another and also depends on the student's level of education and training. For example, some students will be given a look behind the scenes and a job to do in the company's day-to-day work, while others might be applying market research. We emphasize, students learn the most when you give them responsibility. We treat trainees as colleagues.


Warranty of quality
To warrant the quality of the student placements, the Dutch education sector examines their work experience companies every 2 year. Only an official Learning Company Certificate by Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB) permits companies having trainees. On November 2nd Insure ATM became winner of the prestigious Dutch Award, Best International Internship 2010. This appreciation has been awarded by the Dutch Ministery of Economic Affairs.
